Replacing the NRG-2 cable series, the Audioquest NRG-Z3 EU power cable features a Schuko connector with grounding on one side and a connector with 3 poles IEC-C13 on the other. For this new range, Audioquest has chosen perfect-surface semi-rigid copper (PSC+) with silver-plated drain conductors, to minimize current distortion and irregularities caused by ordinary metal conductors. Composed of 7 strands placed concentrically, the Audioquest NRG-Z3 EU power cable offers zero characteristic impedance, which means that the current transfer is uncompressed and therefore operates as smoothly as possible. The Audioquest NRG-Z3 EU power cable also benefits from patented ground noise dissipation technology, protecting it against possible wiring faults and radio frequency (RF) noise.
